Psionic Project Force, or also sometimes just written as Project Force, is a Psionic Ability reserved for the Githyanki race creatures, some of which the game bestows this ability to, mostly from the Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition and Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal games.

Gameplay

The githyanki creature aims this spell at a detected enemy, and it is a ForceSpell cast.

The spell exposes the target to a Wing buffet effect that has no Saving throw and knocks backwards the target creature up to 20 feet away from the source for a duration of 2 seconds.

Additionally, 2d10 Crushing damage is dealt, but a Saving throw vs. Breath will reduce it by half.

A second saving throw vs. Spell with a -10 penalty is necessary to prevent a 3 second Unconscious effect.

This knockback event is unaffected by Magic resistance and Spell protections.

Spell Immunity: Abjuration can block it, and so can a Spell Shield.
