Daggers are one of the most basic weapons in the game. It's the fastest non-enchanted melee weapon with a speed factor of 2, but it inflicts only 1-4 points of piercing damage. They are wielded in one hand. Only clerics cannot use them. This item appears in Baldur's Gate, Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition and Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn and it will also appear in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition. Daggers are sold at most weapon stores.
